Wasal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Wasal SaaS Platform (the “Service”). By creating an account, requesting a desk, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
1. The Service
Wasal provides cloud software for transport operations related to Umrah, Hajj, and related corridors: bookings, fleet, drivers, agencies, vouchers, messaging, and finance tools. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or retire capabilities with reasonable notice where material.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to bind your organization. You are responsible for accurate registration details, safeguarding login credentials, and all activity under your organization’s accounts.
We may suspend or refuse access for security, unpaid fees, misuse, or legal risk.
3. Organization responsibilities
Your organization remains the controller of operational and passenger data it enters. You must use the Service in compliance with Saudi law, transport and pilgrimage regulations, and your contracts with agencies and passengers.
You must not upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law, or misuse messaging channels.
4. Fees
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pricing is as described on the website: no monthly platform fee, and a fee of one percent (1%) per billable booking, with refunds when a booking is cancelled before a driver is assigned, subject to our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for applicable taxes. Invoicing and ZATCA-related outputs depend on data you provide and applicable compliance configuration.
5. Intellectual property
Wasal and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal transport operations during an active subscription or desk arrangement.
You retain rights to your content and data. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law. We do not control third-party networks (including WhatsApp carriers) or physical transport outcomes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wasal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from your operational decisions, third-party services, or force majeure.
Our aggregate liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for that period for the affected organization, except where liability cannot be limited under Saudi law (including fraud or personal injury where applicable).
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Wasal against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of law or these Terms, or disputes with your passengers, agencies, or drivers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Courts of competent jurisdiction in the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
